Dr. Debra earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and completed her specialty training in orthodontics at the highly regarded University of Colorado for its robust clinical training.
As a board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Debra is committed to lifelong learning. She regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in orthodontics and to provide her patients with thoughtful, evidence-based care.
She has extensive experience treating children, teens, and adults, including early interceptive (Phase I) orthodontics, Invisalign®, and braces. Every treatment plan is carefully customized to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Richard Shin, DDS, MS, FRCD(C), MRACDS(Orth), is a board-certified orthodontist dedicated to creating beautiful smiles at Shin Orthodontics. He earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland and completed his orthodontic residency at Vanderbilt University.
Originally from Korea, Dr. Richard has lived in various countries, enriching his cultural experiences and broadening his perspective. His extensive travels have equipped him with a unique understanding of diverse patient needs, enhancing his ability to provide personalized orthodontic care.
Dr. Richard is passionate about staying at the forefront of orthodontic advancements, investing hundreds of hours into ongoing training each year.
