A Note About Complimentary Consultations
We are happy to offer a complimentary initial orthodontic consultation for new patients considering orthodontic treatment.
Certain appointments require additional clinical evaluation and are not considered complimentary new-patient consultations, including:
- Second-opinion consultations for patients who are currently in orthodontic treatment or appliances with another provider
- Evaluations following recently completed orthodontic treatment with another provider
- Retainer replacement, repair, or evaluation for retainers made by another office
- Requests to evaluate, continue, modify, or take over existing orthodontic treatment
- Additional consultations after an initial consultation has already been completed with our office
These appointments may require a consultation or records fee and should not be scheduled through the complimentary New Patient Consultation option.
